MLC Platform Terms & Conditions

Beta Platform Note: Please note that the MLC Platform is currently in a Beta phase. We kindly request all participants to respect and understand that certain features, terms, and conditions may be subject to change as we continue to refine and enhance our platform. Your feedback and participation are valuable to us during this Beta period as we work towards providing the best possible experience. Thank you for your understanding and support.

1. Eligibility: To participate in the referral scheme and access exclusive perks, you must be a registered user of the MLC Platform and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Referral Code Usage:

a. The referee (existing customer) may provide their unique referral code to anyone for use by new customers.

b. Each referral code is valid for a one-time use only per new customer.

c. The referee may not use their own referral code to obtain rewards.

3. Reward Eligibility:

a. To qualify for rewards, the referred customer (new customer) must successfully make a purchase or meet any other specified criteria as outlined in the referral programme details.

b. Rewards are subject to change and may include discounts, credits, or other benefits.

4. Exclusive Perks:

a. Exclusive perks are available to eligible customers and may include discounts, special offers, or other benefits.

b. Exclusive perks must be used by placing an order within their respective expiry dates, as specified.

c. MLC reserves the right to modify or terminate perks at its discretion.

5. Commission Earnings:

a. Eligible referees who refer new customers will earn a commission equal to 5% (up to a maximum of USD$5,000) of the referred customer’s successful purchase, subject to change. 

b. Commissions will be processed and paid to the referee following the payment schedule of the referred customer, be it in full, in two parts or in milestones. For example, a first instalment (5% of the deposit) would be processed upon receipt of the initial deposit payment. The second instalment (5% of the balance payment, if applicable) would be processed upon receipt of the final payment, if such a payment structure is applicable to the referred customer’s purchase.

c.  Commissions are typically processed within 14 days after the referred customer’s successful transaction. 

d. . Commissions are paid via bank transfer unless otherwise discussed.

6. Fraudulent Activity: MLC reserves the right to withhold rewards and take necessary action in the event of suspected fraudulent activity, including, but not limited to, self-referrals or fake accounts.

7.  Expiration: The referral scheme, exclusive perks, and associated rewards are subject to change or termination at any time at the discretion of MLC. 

8. General Conditions:

a. MLC reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral scheme and perks at its discretion.

b. Referral codes have no cash value and are non-transferable.

c. By joining the MLC Platform and participating in the referral scheme or accessing exclusive perks, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any additional rules or guidelines specified by MLC.
