FAQs
How is the commission calculated?
You’ll receive 5% of the total value of the new client’s first project with us. It doesn’t matter if it’s a small concept sprint or a full-scale production, your cut is based on the final signed scope. The maximum reward per referral is $5,000, and there’s no limit to how many people you can refer!
How will I get paid?
Once the new client has paid their first invoice, we’ll get in touch to arrange your reward. We can pay by bank transfer, PayPal or MLC credit for your next project with us. Just let us know what works best for you.
How many times can I refer?
There’s no limit to how many people you can refer. You can refer one friend, five studios or even your entire LinkedIn connections list. As long as they’re new to MLC and sign a real project with us, you’ll get rewarded every time.
Can I share my referral link publicly?
Definitely. Share it wherever you connect with other devs – on LinkedIn, in Discord communities, email threads, or group chats.
What kind of projects are eligible?
Pretty much everything we offer – animation, concept, 3D modelling, VFX, trailers, UI/UX, promotional art… if it’s in our wheelhouse, it’s on the table.
As long as it’s a real project with a proper scope and budget, we’re good to go.
Who counts as a new client?
Anyone who hasn’t worked with MLC before. A new studio, solo dev or publisher qualifies for the referral discount, and you’ll get your reward.
